Description:

Start your weekend with a splash of color! Join me for a peaceful morning painting vibrant fall wildflowers using watercolor and inks. This class is perfect for beginners and seasoned artists alike — no stress, just creative joy. Sip your coffee or tea , relax, and let your brushes dance across the paper as we capture the delicate beauty of autumn blooms. We will be painting more loosely, using a wet on wet technique.

If you would rather paint it with just watercolors, you can water down your watercolors to create an ink like consistency but they won’t be as pigmented.

You will receive a pdf of the image for reference purposes before the class. Please no resale or distribution of the pdf.

Material Suggestions:

I suggest a 8x10 or 11x14 sheet. I will be working from an 11x14 watercolor coldpress paper from strathmore vision. Here is the link for9x12 and the11x15 pads.

I suggest: a variety of inks and watercolor paint, think fall colors : yellows, oranges, crimson, sepia, greens, watercolor sketchbook/coldpress watercolor paper, mix of round watercolor brushes: #2, #6, cloth or paper towel, 2 cups of water, and artist tape. If using inks here are the ones I will be using CLICK HERE
