Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

• Orders are carefully packaged and shipped once or twice a week.

• Please allow 4-7 business days for us to process your order before it ships.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

• Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but please contact us if you have a time-sensitive order—we’ll do our best to help!

Returns:

• We only accept returns if an item is damaged or defective.

• Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for a return and arrange a replacement or refund.

• We cannot accept returns for change of mind or items damaged after delivery.
