Hi! My name is Rachel Eskandari and I am a watercolor artist in Arizona, specializing in vibrant landscapes and serene nature scenes. My passion for watercolor reflects the Southwestern environment's unique beauty. Focusing on texture and color blending, I create artworks that evoke emotion and connection to nature. I enjoy creating colorful botanical watercolor paintings with unconventional color schemes with a dreaming intention, working outside the boundaries of reality. As an n artist, born and raised in the beautiful desert that is Arizona, I am naturally inspired by my surroundings. My style is a combination of whimsical with looser brushstrokes.

As an educator, I strive to empower those to be creative and appreciate creativity, work through fear, be brave, and embrace the creative journey . I apply it through my in person and online workshops, teaching tools: kits, guides, instagram and youtube tutorials. I am also a published author of "Watercolor Botanical Garden: A Modern Approach to Painting Bold Flowers, Plants, and Cacti."
